These terms govern your use of the website pastorix.com (the “Site”), operated by Pastorix Group BV. References to “Pastorix”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in these terms include Pastorix Group BV, its parent company, and its other affiliated entities (together, the “Pastorix Group”). By accessing the Site, submitting a form, contacting us, or otherwise engaging with us as a business, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Informational purpose

The Site is provided for general information about the Pastorix Group and its products, services, pilot programmes, and other commercial offerings. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, warranty, or professional advice. We may update, change, or remove any content at any time without notice.

3. Business engagement

Submitting a form on the Site, joining the pilot waitlist, or otherwise contacting us expresses interest in engaging with the Pastorix Group as a business. It does not guarantee admission to any pilot, the availability of any product or service, or any particular pricing or timeline. Any eventual commercial relationship — including any pilot, supply, or services arrangement — will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

4. Business users only

The Site, our pilot programme, and our products and services are directed at commercial livestock operations and other professional users. By using the Site you confirm that you act in the course of a business or profession and not as a consumer.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
Attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer any part of the Site, its hosting infrastructure, or the form endpoints;
Use automated tools to submit forms or scrape content in a way that degrades the service for others;
Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without prior written permission.

6. Sanctions and export controls

You warrant that you are not located in, or a national or resident of, any country subject to comprehensive EU, Dutch, UK, or US sanctions, and that you are not listed on any applicable sanctions or denied-parties list. You agree not to use the Site or any Pastorix product in violation of EU dual-use or export-control regulations.

7. Anti-corruption

Each party shall comply with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, including the Dutch Penal Code (Sr. Art. 177–178) and equivalent Paraguayan legislation (Law 5033/13 and Law 2523/04).

8. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, images, graphics, logos, source code, and design, is owned by the Pastorix Group or its licensors and is protected by Dutch and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. “Pastorix”, the Pastorix logo, and related marks are trademarks of the Pastorix Group, including its parent and affiliated holding entities. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services (including Cloudflare for hosting and bot protection, and Attio for customer relationship management) whose availability and performance are outside our control. See our privacy policy for details on data processing.

10. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Any factual claims, statistics, or results shown on the Site are illustrative and may change.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Pastorix Group, its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability in any matter arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed one hundred euros (€100). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch mandatory law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pastorix Group BV and its affiliates against any third-party claim arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Force majeure

Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including hardware failure, power outages, satellite or wireless connectivity disruptions in remote regions, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party network outages.

14. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is governed by our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent court of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, has exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

17. Miscellaneous

Severability. If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be replaced by an enforceable one that most closely reflects the original intent.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision in the future.

Entire agreement. These terms (together with any separate written agreement signed between you and a Pastorix Group entity) constitute the entire agreement between you and Pastorix regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject matter.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these terms or any rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms to an affiliate within the Pastorix Group, or in connection with a corporate reorganisation, merger, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.

Notices. Notices to Pastorix should be sent to [email protected] or by post to the registered office set out above. Notices to you may be sent to the email address you have provided to us.
